Quality, warranty and manufacturing lead times

Lifetime warranty
Our products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a problem occurs, contact the factory with your order details and photographs showing the defect for review.
Lead times depend on the order
Bedroom production usually takes one month to 40 days, while a corner sofa, classic reception suite or sofa set may take around three weeks. The schedule varies with the type, quantity and specifications and is confirmed for each order.
Manufacturing lead time is separate from shipping and delivery time. According to the factory, it holds ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management certificates valid until 2027. Copies may be requested when discussing supply to review the issuing body, certification scope and exact expiry date.
